Dux Gutz Catering, in collaboration with Communify and the North West Community Hub, are offering weekly free comprehensive cooking workshops culminating in a community dinner where attendees are welcome to invite one person along to share meals with the participants.

Attendees will cook a selection of meals which they can eat together and take leftovers home and learn skills such as knife skills, cooking with stoves and ovens, seasoning and flavour combinations, seasonal cooking, workflow/cleanliness and organising your space.

These sessions will have up to 10 free spots for adults in financial hardship and connected to Communify. 10 additional spots will be available for general community and these participants are invited to make a minimum $100 donation to Community Canteen.

Eligible participants hoping to book in for free need to contact North West Community Hub on 3510 2747 or [email protected] to get the free access code for the Humanitix ticketing. All required equipment, food, and packaging will be funded by Dux Gutz.

When: Weekly from Monday 12th May from 5pm till 7.30/8pm. Dinner will be at 7pm.
