After hours support – Safe Space
Communify’s Safe Space is an after-hours service run by peer workers who will support people in distress. We are open to all ages but if you are under 15, we ask that you bring an adult along with you to provide consent on the paperwork.

Alcohol and drug dependence support – Springboard
Springboard is an 18-week day treatment program for people experiencing co-occurring alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health difficulties. We provide support in a group setting as an alternative to residential rehabilitation.
Springboard is a post-detox treatment and requires participants to have completed detox or be stabilised on replacement program before they begin. The program does not offer supervised detox or counselling services.
Disability support services - NDIS
We are a registered specialist provider of mostly psychosocial NDIS support services for eligible participants.
Working in a strengths-based, inclusive way, our NDIS staff work with you to build a tailored package of supports. If your plan includes support coordination, our team can work with you to implement your plan and build your capacity to better understand and manage your disability.
Medicare Mental Health Centres
Our Medicare Mental Health Centres offer free, confidential mental health support in a welcoming environment. You can access a range of clinical and non-clinical services without the need for an appointment, referral or Medicare card. Whether you’re experiencing distress or seeking support, our team are here to assist you.
