Emergency Relief Update:
From 1 October, we will only be servicing Inner City and West Brisbane (NWBCH and NFNC), and Brisbane South (ARCC).
We will no longer be servicing North Brisbane or Ipswich. More information

Financial relief in times of hardship
We can provide assistance in the form of:
- Food vouchers
- Petrol vouchers
- Funds for paying part of bills and invoices
You can apply for emergency relief support over the phone, or in person at select neighbourhood centres.
Brisbane West and inner-city Brisbane suburbs
The New Farm and Bardon Emergency Relief program operates on a daily budget and when it runs out, the phone lines will close.
