We have a sad announcement to make about our Emergency relief program.

From 1 October 2025, we will only be servicing Inner City and West Brisbane. We will no longer be servicing North Brisbane and Ipswich.

To account for budget cuts, ER amounts for vouchers in a calendar year will be less than previous.

Our phone line – 3198 4410 is open on Monday and Wednesday from 11am to 1pm.

• The ER phone line will be operational particularly for people on the West side and people with transport and mobility challenges.
• We will have a daily budget and when this is reached, the phone line will close and we will externally refer people to other services.
